Serving Up Hope Featured Chef Questionnaire
You have been invited to apply to be our featured chef for our annual Serving Up Hope fundraiser!
Our fundraiser will be held at the Riverside Golf Club on Saturday, January 25, 2025.
We are interested in working with a chef who is up to the challenge to highlight our mystery ingredient with a creative and original appetizer. In return, we offer top-shelf marketing for your talent and business if applicable. You will have dedicated social media posts, be featured on our website, be featured in our program, and more.
Our featured chef will also receive two tickets to attend our gala along with one guest.

Rules and Requirements:
Our featured chef and our Serving Up Hope committee will pick the ingredient together! Let’s brainstorm!
The challenge for our featured chef will be to create an original appetizer highlighting our mystery ingredient. The chef will receive a $200 stipend for the purchase of ingredients.
The recipe must be an original recipe. If you are from a restaurant/caterer/hotel, etc. your appetizer may not be from the menu.
Must provide proof of food license/permit.
All prep work should be done off site.
Chef and/or assistants will be able to plate their entry at the event site.
Chef will prepare about 400 bite-sized appetizers.
Plates will be provided by Serving Up Hope.
Please provide an assistant if you need one the night of the event.
Past ingredients may not be featured again - caramel, bacon, chili pepper, peanut butter and jelly, honey, pretzel, pineapple, lemon, cheese, wine, and Thai eggplant.
